Green Hornet cocktail in a highball glass with ice

The Green Hornet cocktail is a 70s creation, and this variation definitely lives up to its name. It’s green, potent, and might just sting you if you have one too many. There are loads of riffs of this 70s classic, but this one is our favourite and will be a great addition to your St. Patrick’s Day drinks menu.
