The Old Cuban was originally created by renowned mixologist Audrey Saunders in New York back in the early 2000s and has since become a staple in bars all over the world. INSTRUCTIONS

Add the mint leaves, lime juice and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker

Gently muddle then add ice

Add the rum and bitters, then close the shaker
