Two Cranberry Palomas with cranberry and lime garnish

If there’s one staple that everyone has in their pantry during the holidays, then it’s got to be cranberry sauce. And while it’s something you’d expect to see drizzled over a festive roast, you’ll be happy to know that you can use the leftover sauce to give your Paloma a holiday twist.

QUICK TIPS

01
-

This cocktail is easy to batch. Just combine all the ingredients, except the ginger beer in a large pitcher and chill it in the fridge. Add the ginger beer just before serving.

02
-

If you don’t have Grand Marnier, use an alternative orange liqueur instead, or omit it from the recipe.

03
-

Skewer a few sugared cranberries onto a sprig of rosemary for a festive garnish.
