Arguably one of the most popular Ancho Reyes cocktails the world over, the Tierra del Fuego is a Campari cocktail every heat-seeking chilli lover should try. Combine 30uml Campari, 30uml Ancho Reyes Original, 15uml mezcal, 15ml Espolòn Tequila Blanco, and 6 dashes of bitters in a mixing glass with ice. Stir until chilled, strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice, and garnish with orange peel.

The smoky, rich chili warmth of Ancho Reyes Original perfectly complements the bright, citrusy profile of a blanco tequila like Espolòn. Combine 30ml Ancho Reyes Original, 30ml Wild Turkey 101 Bourbon, 15ml simple syrup, 2 dashes bitters, and 2 dashes orange bitters in a mixing glass with ice. Stir to chill and strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with an orange twist.

3. Bee Sting

If you enjoy the sweet zing of a Bee’s Knees cocktail, we highly recommend the Bee Sting, which comes to the party with a bit of a bite. In a shaker, combine 60ml Bulldog Gin, 15ml Ancho Reyes Original, 20ml fresh lemon juice, and 20ml honey syrup with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into your glass and garnish with a lemon slice.

Strain into a chilled coupe glass, and garnish with a lime wheel.

Combine 45ml Wild Turkey Rye Whiskey, 30ml Cinzano Vermouth Rosso, 15ml Ancho Reyes Original, and 2 dashes of bitters in a mixing glass with ice. Stir until well chilled, and strain into a serving glass. Garnish with two Luxardo cherries if you’re feeling extra fancy.

9. Verde Gimlet

The classic Gimlet is a drink rich in aromas and scents, and this recipe adds a third spicy element, with a kiss of greenery on the close.
