Gin Sour with a white foamy top and lime wheel garnish

If you love sour cocktails, and you love gin, then the Gin Sour is going to hit all the right notes. A simple combination of gin, fresh lemon, and a touch of sweetness makes this a fuss-free, but elegant cocktail to serve at your next party.

QUICK TIPS

01
-

The key to a great sour cocktail is to use fresh citrus for a drink that will be bright, tangy and tart.

02
-

Do the egg test: Gently drop the egg into a glass of water. If it floats, it’s unsafe to use, but if it sinks to the bottom of the glass it’s fresh and you’re good to go!

03
-

Shake vigorously to ensure your Gin Sour is properly mixed, aerated, and chilled.
