Creamy Golden Cadillac cocktails in coupe glasses served with a sprinkling of nutmeg

The Golden Cadillac cocktail recipe originated in California back in the 1950s and is a retro-cocktail lover’s creamy dream come true. Made with anise liqueur, white créme de cacao, and heavy cream, these old-school drinks are perfect to end the night on a sweet note.

For an extra indulgent garnish, sprinkle over some dark chocolate shavings.

Make sure the cream is fresh before adding it to your drink.

Chill glasses in the freezer for 30 minutes before serving.

White créme de cacao
1 Oz
30 Ml
1 Parts
Anise liqueur
1 Oz
30 Ml
1 Parts
Heavy cream
Freshly grated nutmeg to garnish
Ice

INSTRUCTIONS

01

Add the créme de cacao and anise liqueur to an ice-filled cocktail shaker

02

Shake until frosty (about 30 seconds should do the trick)

03

Strain into chilled glasses

04

Sprinkle nutmeg over the top, and serve
