Freshly brewed espresso or strong coffee
Whipped cream and pumpkin spice to garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine 1 cup of milk, a tablespoon of pumpkin purée and maple syrup in a saucepan over medium heat

Stir often to prevent the milk from boiling

Once simmering, remove it from the heat

Whisk in the vanilla, pumpkin spice and coffee
