Two Rum Paloma variations served with brightly colored citrus on a tray

For a more island-style approach to the classic Paloma, we like to go rogue and swap out the tequila for a white overproof rum. This way you still get the citrusy pop of freshness from the grapefruit and the lime, layered over a fruity yet spirited base, finishing on lingering notes of spice and a touch of oak. Very intriguing!

QUICK TIPS

01
-

Pop your glasses in the freezer for a frosty serve.

02
-

Add a touch of simple syrup if you like it sweeter.

03
-

Using larger ice cubes makes for a less diluted drink.
