Dessert cocktails are always a good idea, and today we’re mixing a gorgeous coffee delight with continental influences. This Italian-inspired drink blends the best of rich coffee liqueur, fruity rum, and fluffy whipped cream to create the Tiramisu White Russian

Chill your cream before whipping and make sure that your equipment is clean.

Chill your glasses for at least 30 minutes in the freezer.

For extra decadence, dip the biscuits in melted dark chocolate and let them cool to set.   

INGREDIENTS

Cold cream

Coffee liqueur

Ice
Cacao powder to garnish
Ladyfinger biscuits to garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

Add the cold cream and sugar to a mixing bowl then whisk until soft peaks form

Pour the coffee liqueur and rum into a rocks glass with ice

Stir well to chill then top with whipped cream

Garnish with cocoa powder and a biscuit then serve   

History of the Tiramisu White Russian

The White Russian and Tiramisu riff are both classics that share a rich coffee flavor, so a meeting of these two titans was inevitable. We’re not sure who first mixed this cocktail, but whoever you are, you have our thanks. The Tiramisu White Russian is the best of both worlds, with rich flavors and a luxurious texture. It’s an Italian dessert in a glass and a must-try for Tiramisu fans.   

Variations

The Tiramisu White Russian recipe is delicious, but if you want a lighter version, try the original White Russian. If you want an even lighter version, go for the lean and mean Black Russian.
